What are the phases of post construction cleaning?
Post construction cleaning happens in phases timed to the project: a rough clean after heavy trades, a final clean before inspection, a touch up clean before the walkthrough, and a handover finish for floors, glass and concrete.

Rough clean
Debris, drywall dust, packaging and scrap cleared so finish work starts on a clean site.
After drywall and heavy trades
Phase 2
Final clean
Every surface top to bottom: vents, fixtures, cabinets inside and out, glass, labels and overspray.
Before final inspection

Touch up clean
A last pass for dust and marks left by punch list work.
